Terms of Service

By using Moondraft AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The service

Moondraft provides AI image and video generation via a REST API and MCP integration. You send prompts, we return generated media. The service uses third-party AI models to generate content.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
• Don't share your API key or let others use your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Credits and payments

• The service uses a prepaid credit system
• New accounts receive 50 free credits
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Prices may change with notice

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal content, CSAM, or non-consensual deepfakes
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or security measures
• Resell API access directly without adding value
• Overload the service with automated requests beyond reasonable use

Generated content

• You own the images and videos you generate through the service
• We don't claim ownership of your prompts or outputs
• We don't use your content to train AI models
• Generated content may not be unique — other users may generate similar outputs from similar prompts
• We don't guarantee that generated content is free from intellectual property claims

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll try to give notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
